It's clear that a good no. of those pictures are from her SNL appearance. But there are still candid pictures on all four pages, most of them looking like magazine scans.
Now, it is a VERY hard-core fetish website, but I don't see any fakes. The ones that do look fishy are only one in an array of similar pics which do not look falsified.
The bottom line is, they couldn't
all be fakes or look-alikes.
There'd be a massive media event if Britney was caught chain-smoking before a show; you can believe that much. I have a hard time believing that she's a heavy smoker. I could see her being a social smoker or someone who does it just to relax after a hard day, but nothing near even a pack a day.
Given how physical her performances are I would ordinarily agree, but then, I've known some girls around her age who were decent college athletes (tennis player, a swimmer) who smoked a lot. I was pretty good friends with the tennis player and used to rag on her a bit, good-naturedly, about it.
My guess is that the young can get away with it for awhile.
Aside from that, I wonder what her brand is. Leak that little bit of information and watch the tobacco company marketing execs explode from not being able to exploit the obvious endorsement because they're not allowed to advertise on TV.

Check out Google; from what I can see, there is a little talk here and there about her bad behavior. Evidently she was even smoking before a performance less than 30 miles away from me, in Charlotte, NC, a couple of years back, if the eyewitnesses are to be believed.
I'm not saying she's a bad person because she smokes, of course, just that I find it irritating that she'd spin tales about that; e.g., "I was holding it for a girlfriend," she says on one site.
Silly rabbit. But I'd still do her, if she didn't try to run away in a panic. She wouldn't get too far before needing to stop, anyway
