I think they may have had it briefly at the aptly named stand, the Bread Boule, at Pennsic, but I've never seen it elsewhere.

Yeah, the Bread Boule ruled. I was fortunate enough while working up their to be part of a vendors agreement where a group of vendors would take care of each other for meals. This meant free bread bowls for me for dinner.
