absolutely, I had hoped that posting them in little bits would add to the clarity and not take away from it.
My apologies if anyone got confused or disoriented by my posts.

No, that's okay. It's just OOBs are intended as comprehensive references to that stuff, excluding secretly declared forces of course.

Details for the Covenant of Ragnarok (or just 'The Covenant')
The Covenant is a massive religious alliance, forged between a large number of disparate races throughout the galaxy. The intiators of the Covenant are unknown, but what is known is that they carved a massive swath through the galaxy, calling in every race they met to their cause. This collective of races made a pilgramage to the Pillar of God, a ringworld on the edge of the Milky Way, and they have lived there ever since, building up a vast society, and eventually interbreeding so much the alien races became one. The Covenant as it is today is highly militaristic and warrior based, and little else is known about it. They are peaceful, if distant, with anyone they meet, and their goals are unknown, although the vast buildup of warships near the Pillar of God suggest several things. The Covenant has no leader, save their deity, yet they all seem to act in perfect harmony. Rank is unknown within the Covenant, as is internal dispute and other divisive factors. They have no other colonized worlds besides the Pillar of God, however, remotely operated mining stations belonging to them can be found just about everywhere within 200 light years.
