A lot of the stuff that's been mentioned so far applies to me.

I pick up a lot from the 'net... I now say "because you touch yourself at night" sometimes (Sorry aerius, but it's the looks I get are hilarious). I also blasphemize in ways that I never would of thought about before (thanks to the ever-creative members of SDNet, and reading debates). Uhh... I renounced my religion and discovered I was bisexual. I probably would've figured both of those out myself anyway, but SD.net and the internet in general helped things along.

I also use dozens of phrases from video games, tv, and books in day-to-day conversation. Sadly, unless it's tv, most people will never notice.

I've picked up the Han Solo "me?" response. Slightly lean backwards, raise your eyebrows, look hurt, and raise your hands thumbs out so that they [hands] point at your chest.

Anyone who's seen ANH recently will know what I mean.

There's "D'oh!" and "VICTOLY!" and I also seem to be saying "Yeah, whatever" when I'm not interested in something a lot more since hearing Liam Lynch's "My United States of Whatever."
Don't hate; appreciate!

I adapted saying the word 'Bloody' in phrases. This is probably from a British-like character I made a few years back and wrote for.

I say fuck/fucking at times, most likely picked up from the forums. Very commonly also used with the word above.

As a matter of fact, I strongly suspect that my public speaking style is mostly borrowed from my writing/typing style, rather than the other way around, except that I cannot be as verbose or clear when speaking. I don't talk much now, and used to talk even less.

Aquired saying 'yadda yadda' when irritated, most likely from watching a few episodes of Kenshin.

I recall some years back I moved my hands in a wierd fashion when balancing on curbs while walking fast. I think there was some of it was influenced from some of Vincent (FF VII) movement style, but not much. Most of my movement style while probably a bit strange seems more from little games I play with myself than from any identifable outside source.

Adopted a practice of closing my left eye at times, while keeping the right one open. Possibly from anime or manga, where characters sometimes do this, but I tend to find it actually useful. I can rest my mind easier/faster than with both eyes open, while keeping enough of my alertness, which is useful when walking since I can't sleep well while doing so. In addition, it actually does seem to cut down on the sneezing episodes that seem to happen when I move from indoors to outdoors. (Probably from the irritation in the eye adjusting to the different light levels.)

At low energy levels, my head tends to flop to one side as if one side of the neck muscles have gone out. I have no idea why I do this. Mainly done when I have to sit still for a long while and thus get sleepy.

I have a habit at softly talking to myself just about all of the time. That's damn right. What the hell was I thinking when I wet my pants during that time in Kindergarten- It's okay, it's in the past- I like big butts and I cannot lie! It probably comes from my (lack of) social skills or something. Damn right there. I made a fucking ass of myself! I'm, humiliated for the rest of my life!

I do the Teal'c head tilt at times. Also, I often use "Indeed" when online.

I insert the word "bloody" into my speech, probably from watching too much Buffy.

Often times I find myself in the Gendo Position™ from Evangelion.

I've a few manerisms I've picked up from anime, which I generally use only with friends who would understand them. There was a time when I let japanese words slip out sometimes, but that was more from my total immersion japanese class than anime.

And I have an excellent Maniacal LaughTM.

I, too, say "D'oh!" frequently when I make mistakes.

I also "conduct" music I'm listening to at home, sometimes, from watching conductors and such.

Edit: Now that I think about it, I've also trained myself purposely to use the word "Flat-mate" as opposed to "Roommate," or "Housemate," from watching British television.

to continue where I left off

I do Teal'c head thing, "indeed" and eyebrow, and "Doh" and stuff.

I also picked up a placid smile from the Girl, and "kay" instead of "ok" from the same source.

"meh" "Bah" "tpkl" from a friend of mine Matt.

and how I hold my trumpet when at rest from the Principal Trumpet of the SSO.

I also often simulate conducting listening to music.

I am often to be heard saying aviation words in normal conversation as well, such as "Standby one" or "Affirm" or "negitave" or "go ahead"

Like a lot of people here already, I too mimic a lot of Teal'c's gestures and especially the "Indeed..." thing.

However, to counterbalance the sombreness of Teal'c, I have also picked up all the Gir-isms from Invader Zim. This is especially humorous to my friends and family because I act like that anyway when I'm bored and I can't find stimulation, which is more and more frequent these days.

And of course, the all time major influence on my wardrobe and general demeanor towards new people and experiences: Tom Baker's 4th Doctor Who.

Whenever I have to be hurtful or callous towards someone I almost instinctually revert to the best Londo Molari impression this side of the Mason-Dixon Line.

I fear I am truly lost...

Hmm....I have a small list of quirks:

Teal'C Head Bow
I occasionally say: "D'oh!"
M.Bison's "Mwuhuhuh" laugh from SF Alpha 2.
I tend to throw people sloppy salutes, don't know why.
Kenshiro's "aaaaTAHHH!!" from Fist of The Northstar when I spar with friends.
I think I stroke my beard too often, especially when asked a perplexing question.

All I can think of for now.

oh, and before opening the doors to the tourists for the day when they are lined up waiting for us to open, I have the great "Let slip the Dogs of War!" line too

Let's see, now whenever I see a WW2 tv show or film, and whenever I see the Nazi salute, I have to physically restrain myself from shouting 'Haaaaaail Lord Il Palazzo!' when the hands go up.

Other than that, I've started to maniacally laugh, thanks to mst3k, and occasionally I'll break into a Torgo impression.

I think I may have picked up my habit of extreme variations in my voice tone from too many action movies.
