From what she's said, I don't think that's the case.

I've got a fairly good mental picture of her, both from her own description and from us PMing each other. She might not be a young supermodel, but she's FAR from ugly.

Leave her title the way it is. Titles should not be changed on a whim, like this, although some of the ones there are arguably more appropriate.
