Thank you for remembering my condition, unlike my bosses (who just tossed me a bag of Milk Chocolate pestashios), and my niece (who keeps trying to sell me girl scout cookies)
Actually, I know how to make suger free brownies, however you have to boil doughnuts in oil, like fries they are double no-no for diabetics even if they are sugar free (Starch and deep fat frying)

You want Heaven without too much trouble
(from the Sugar/Starch/Saturated fat count)
Ok I am lying but I reduced the count as much as I could
Philo Dough (It fat Free)
Honey 1/4 Cup
Water 1/2 gallon
Cinamon 1 Tablespoon
1 Cup Nuts
4 packets Neutrasweet
1 Bar Reduced Fat Butter
Melt Butter in small bowl in Microwave
Preheat: 375*f
blend Sugar, cinamon and nuts together in a single bowl.
layer the Philo Dough with a light touch of melted butter, about midway and at the top add the nut/sweetener/cinamon mix sandwhiched between them. continue layering the Philodough. Cut the unbaked dough before baking
Bake: 35 min
Boil Honey in 1/2 Gallon of water.
Pour syrup over baked philo dough
Let it cool
Makes 48 Bacalava Pieces
(I can eat one then I have to be very good for a week or so)
btw (I have a much more diabetic safe Cheesecake rescipe)

As much as I like Krispy Kreme's, there are but a couple of stores in this state, and I'm too old to fill up on the things anymore. The Army requires me to be fit, and eating gobs of donuts is no way to do that. Perhaps once I retire...

Hell no. But you are missing decent food served by scantily clad hotties.
Liar! I consider the serving of decent food by half naked hotties to be a valuable cultural experience. Gotta call up some friends and head to a Hooters this weekend so I don't continue to miss out on an important cultural thingamajiggy.
