Eh, except there's still quite a few quality episodes in TNG. True, it degrades... but that doesn't change the fact that there's still some good work in there.

Voyager... really, how many episodes can anyone think of that were actually good?
I think it began to decline in seasons 6 and 7 of TNG, and VOY just continued the trend. I didn't watch DS9, so I can't speak of it, but the first few eps of Voyager were probably at about the same level as the end of TNG.
