And theres one other song that makes me think back. This one doesn't make me cry, or even get me a little misty, but it depresses me, and so gets an honourable mention. Its the one from The Punisher that Harry Heck sings after he comes into the diner.

well this is a process of timming and events forever changing my view of a song. At work on September 11th 2001, I was working at a coffee bar, morning shift and playing Pink Floyds "The Wall", just after I was informed of the events, and while we were all tuned to the NPS scanner frequency "goodbye blue skies" came on. It's now got entirely new meaning to me.

A good number of Evanesence songs, with the most notable one being My Las Breath.
My Graduation by Vitamin C. Yes, that overplayed one.
The opening theme of Angel. I don't know the name of the song or the artist, but I do like the violin in it.
From Autumn to Ashes - Chloroform Perfume
Gangster rap. Not tears of joy, mind you; more like despair.

I don't think I've actually cried because of these songs before, but they're the songs that have the largest emotional impact on me.
