The guide says they can do exactly that. The World Devestators are extremely heavily favored in combat against conventional warships of ISD tonnage since the relationship between reactor volume and power output is not linear, but geometric.

IG-88 is a former Intergalatic Banking droid.
Does this comic do anything to invalidate the retarded idea of IG-88 as a would-be Galactic conqueror?

Unfortunatly no. Just changes his place of origins.

Dammit man, now to scrub my brain again to remove that incident from memory.

Crossroads Inc. wrote:While we are on the topic of WD's, ((which I personally love in concept)) Was there ever a complete list of just what they could produce,
I don't think an official, complete list was ever made. However, Dark Empire claims that they made the following things:
  • Processed materials that were shipped off to Imperial factories elsewhere.
    TIEs
    ground assault vehicles
    laser and ion cannons
    Stormtrooper gear
    sensor drones
    probe and weapons droids
    small arms
    munitions
    missiles
    computer components
    spare parts
The EGTVV added that they could make warships, other World Devastators, or make enhancements to themselves.
how fast they could make it, or what they needed to 'consume' for fuel?
They never say. IF the EGTVV is to be believed, the World Devastators were able to completely consume a planet within months. A conservative calculation could be made by counting the number of separate Devastators seen in Dark Empire, and assuming that all of them combined would take 11 months to consume an Earth-sized planet. The World Devastators would have to spend resources as quickly as they consumed them, so that could give you an idea of how quickly they produced. However, the statement that they could consume planets could be hyperbole. Unfortunately, Dark Empire claimed that the Devastators employed assembly droids and freaking slave labor in their onboard factories.
