I'm not too sure but h264 is the only thing of much significance ffdshow's info dialog told me.
CCCP should handle it.

I can't even unzip it. It claims that it's corrupt.

I ran into that, take the second file, move it elsewhere and give it the same name as the first; when you go to unzip the first it'll ask for the location of second zip, which has to have the same name as the first (oops...)

For those of you having problems with the whole unzipping thing, I found this on another board:
