Since I haven't in-story said anything to anyone officially about the evil gods, I'd have to assume that post is in some goddamn unreal time after news started getting out (probably in August). Maybe from Umeria? We haven't written that bit yet. Everything's in some mix of July and August.

I have given my fleet names for all of my ships, pictures for every ship, added fighters and bombers to my list, and fixed all errors in my fleet count!

I am still using ships that I could stab you to death with, but now they are original designs, and have better descriptions.

To anyone curious as to how Sir James has the full note from the MEH to the Chamarrans.... he is one of the galaxy's most capable spymasters. So the reply is only that he got it "from an asset".

(For what it's worth I imagine that UN Intelligence and the CEID, at the very least, have also acquired the note in full. I'd be disappointed in them if the Collective, the Bragulans, and the Haruhiists haven't gotten it as well.)

I would rather not need to purchase from Shepistan, as the guilt of prisoners are... questionable.

As for the request for Espers. The Hierarchy has multiple reasons for refusing.

1. As out of touch as they are with the galactic consensus even house Kithandra knows that selling people to an unknown government for experimentation is not good press.

2. It makes their protests at humans selling kidnapped Chamarrans to the Collectors for experimentation a little hypocritical.

3. The Guild would be up in arms and when you're currently trying to hunt down terrorists and terrorist sympathizers the last thing you want is for your Espers to go on strike.

Don't worry, the guy is wanted for "sex by surprise" by authorities of Sweden, so you might get the UN to extradite him on espionage charges!

Is that directed towards me? If it is, how do I know who and where to send a response if the vessel left?

The Collector vessel only left after your reply was received. As for the rest, the Collectors seem to operate very much on a "don't call us we'll call you" basis.

Well, the MEH did send me a pretty much identical message. So I could easily share it with my Haruhiist allies if they don't have a copy.

I wouldn't share in general. The only way I would is if they got that incomplete message the Hiigarans were passing around. We could then show them the full message (well, what can be reasonably interpreted to be the full message) so it won't look as bad to them.

And I was nice enough to note that we're not rude enough to generally attempt to decrypt diplomatic messages that we may chance to intercept.
