Let's keep a few trhings in mind.. the Jedi as a whole directly did not enslave them. That Sifo-Dyas dude did, and I don't really think one can argue that his actions alone neccearily constitute the view of the Jedi Order as a whole. (I don't remember the Jedi in AOTC being happy learning a Jedi commissioned a conscript army, after all.)
Moreover, the Jedi have no direct control over the Senate or the Chancellor, and it was those bodies who "enslaved" the clones into the GAR. They had no power to free them, they could only dictate how they treated them (or employed them in battle.) They were duty-bound to do their utmost to protect the Republic, and that entailed them making many sorts of comrpomises or sacrifices - which we could include the use of enslaved/conscripted troops. As we know, this was all part of Palpy's intentions.
Any clones the Kaminoans themselves used are.. well. the Kaminoan's fault. Because they're dicks.

I would hazard that the average clone shares the Kaminoans' belief that they were commissioned in peacetime by the Jedi Council - as far as they know, they were ordered by the official representatives of the Jedi Council, acting (quietly) on behalf of the Republic. I'm certainly not aware of them (either of them) being disabused of this notion at any point during the Clone Wars. Given that, if I were a clone, yes, I'd hold the Jedi Order and ultimately the Republic*, collectively for my existance and conditions.
* Though I wouldn't be surprised if they
do know that their creation was not officially sanctioned by the Senate until the beginnning of the Clone Wars. That, at least, shouldn't be difficult to discover if they're interested.

However, if you look at it that way, you might as well go all the way and the Clones were conscripted by a conscripted force that the Jedi themselves are.

I thought Sifo-Dyas never actually commissioned the Clone Army and that it was Dooku/Palpatine just using his name? Off to wiki.
Edit: OK. Just getting some history and production back story confused.

Comic-Con trailer for the Ryloth campaign is up on the OS.
Hate the rock music section, but image-wise, it looks very epic.
I like the Southern France style of the planet. Bit different from the comics, but there should be more than one-note planets. Love the shots of the Venator crashing into the Lucrehulk's core ship.

I'm fairly certain it's the video that plays when you go to the link.

One of the episodes seem to be a Mace Windu-centric story. And the return of the Y-Wings! Yay!

I’m sorry, but I can't stop laughing at tonight's villain. He's so ridiculously over the top I’m not sure whether it's bad or awesome.

I'm sorry but Is it just me or was the idea of the stormtroopers getting sick despite their sealed armor a little off putting? Hey guys we have these great suits of armor that will protect in the case of biological warfare, LETS TAKE OFF OUR HELMETS AND START COUGHING ON EACH OTHER!
Tonight's two parter was not my favorite, it was also an idea already done in the Clone Wars comics. The past few weeks had been far better IMHO. However, on a positive note, Ashoka was not particularly bad.

Is it the one where George Takei did the voice?

Uuuh, formfitting outfit. On Jar Jar. And then he had to bend over. Kill me now.
Next ep. Omg, that graveyard of ships. There's at least one corpse floating around, and Hammerhead-class bridges? Can't be... A Mon Cal shipwreck?

That's what normal people who watched AotC assumed, like completely rational people able to accept a clear inference when it's given to them.
Clearly, the EU did not take that path. Too straightforward.

To be fair to,
Labyrinth of Evil was edited by Lucas, as it was the prequel to RotS... in fact I believe there's some interview from him on ToS somewhere detailing that he got the Clone Army/Sifo-Dyas' backstory directly from Lucas.

no, although that was funny too.
Tonight we had a mad doctor with a crazy psudo-german accent try to unleash some weird virus thing.

Well, the non-NBC sealed CLONEtrooper armor is not really a problem - after all, its not Stromtrooper armor and was never stated to be NBC-protected (IIRC).
This episode offers a good reason why later armor IS NBC-sealed, though.

It does beg the question though: if they were going into a bioweapons lab, why
didn't they have some kind of NBC protection? Surely there is some form of it available for the clone army's use. And why the heck weren't the Jedi protected? Only Padme and Jar Jar seemed to take even the most basic of precautions.

Yes it is. In the second episode of the series we have clone troopers being exposed to the vacuum of space (even fighting a gun battle in hard vacuum no less) which would be kind of hard to do if their suits weren't sealable.

did anyone else notice that the Republic apparently possesses bunker-buster hand grenades?

Did the troopers that actually kept their helmets on get exposed to the virus? It seemed to me that it was only the two idiots that took their helmets off that got sick, there were a couple of helmeted troopers with them that were fine.

Well, thats also a possibility. The virus can not penetrate NBC-protection (proved by Padmes and JarJars suits).
Thus, we have the following possibilites:
-Clone trooper armor is not NBC-sealed.
-CTA needs special equipment for NBC-sealing, and this equipment was not avaiable at that time.
-Nobody but the two helmless clones got sick.
-CTA has only a limited amount of air supply, making taking off the helmet neccessary.
The bunker-busting thermal detonators were not a surprise - we already know that Star Wars has impressive firepower.
Of course, breaching a bunker hull with such a small explosive that is not planted but just thrown IS impressive.

I am amused by the fact that Cat Taber voiced both Padme and the Angel.
9-year-old Anakin: "Are you an Angel?"
Padme: "No, but someday the voice actor who will play me will also play one."
