The cavern is reasonably expansive. There are several smaller corridors, all leading down as well as a natural well which seems to be used by the inhabitants of the complex above. There are scorch marks and bloodstains near the entrances to the side caves.
Oooooo-kay...
Pick a side cave and start lookin', I guess.

Then I re-saddle my horse and prepare to move along the road again.
"If that is your wish. Carry on, and may the Lord watch over you."

A Big Flying Fish wrote:"This is getting tiresome." Grozny mumbles to himself. "March little one, we go South." Grozny walks off, goblin in front, hoping he's going in vaguely the right direction to find goblins.
The goblin begins squealing, "Wait! Maybe they in cave?!" He gestures franticly at the rock outcropping.

You are halted by some sort of invisible wall blocking the tunnel. Upon inspecting the others, you find that they too are protected by these wards. Perhaps there is a way to deactivate them.

I'll start looking around for a key or something...
Search roll = 16 + 2 = 18

Taking heed of the goblins incessant whining, Grozny marches towards the rocky outcropping, axe drawn, keeping the goblin infront of him

[Lemme get this straight. I pinch a few biscuits and the whole campaign stops. Huh?]

Anyone still out there?

I think the interest died down a quite a bit. We seem to only have had a few reasonably active players - while the campaign was designed to accomodate forum lag-time it was not designed to go a week or more without a player doing anything. I would certainly be interested in continuing, but I'd need to know who all is still interested, and we can then do a "reset" of sorts, still keeping any accumulated XP and items of course.

((still interested, I'm just waiting for the storyline for the people travelling to wales to continue))

I am just waiting for my group to acually do something... you know, we are still technically walking toward wales.

I'm still interested. I want to keep on torturing my captive goblin damn it

Well, if it must be said, I'm *still* trying to catch up with the Wales group... speaking of which, have they sorted out the problem with the English soldiers yet?

I'm still interested, I just have no idea what, if anything, what I'm doing has to do with the plot.

No, which has been one of the problems. Well, we have at least 5 people interested, now we gotta decide what we're going to do. Do you want to shuffle things up a bit in this campaign and continue from pretty much where we are, or start a new campaign with characters mostly intact?

I think I'd be more likely to start over. Solo adventuring isn't really all that much fun.

Yeah... start over.

Being part of a group does sound a bit more fun than being sole adventurer.

While solo adventures aren't all that appealing, if we do restarts frequently like this we aren't going to do much of anything in any campaign...

Aye, I messed up a bit with the original player groups. Now we must decide, do we want to continue with Europe? Or try another setting?

I rather like the Warcraft setting, but that's just me.
Forgotten Realms would also be doubleplusgood.

Use the origional setting. I always liked origional setting, nothing but what the GM decides to limit is limited.....

I myself would prefer Forgotten Realms. Its the setting I'm most familiar with and I find easy to DM.

I'm really not bothered about the setting. Any old thing will do as far as I'm concerned, so long as its not a whole world set in a small cardboard box

Yeah, FR would work well for me, I could rework my charcter background a bit as well... But he will still end up an "atheist".
