You know, despite the whole spat that got the Byzantine contracts with the Dominos canned, I am sure a lot of the Byzantine dudes (like in Byzantine Air MacMillan) would still want to do business with the Dominos despite the ugly diplomatic crisis and frosty relations between both Byzantium and the Old Dominion.
Perhaps while Byzantine Air MacMillan (Byzantine + Shroom) companies are the ones that got publicly announced in the whole Shroom SST, there is actually a lot of cooperation between the Shroom, Byzantine and Domino/Tian Xia/etc. companies? Perhaps as a form of corporate reconciliation between Byzantine and Domino business interests?
[Of course, neither Byzantine or OD governments would announce it publicly... since both of you guys are really arrogant and shit. It is up to the Shrooms to make both of you make up and kiss!]

And it's done. The
Union of Pacific Republics is now open for business. And all my intended wikis are done, for now at least. Maybe one day when bored I'll take on the daunting task of fleshing out things like military equipment.

Excellent! I'll take that dozen then. Now to think of an appropriately military nickname for a zeppelin with guns...
Shroom Man 777 wrote:For satellite-like zeppelins, Shroomania already has stratellites and has sold stratellites to San Dorado. Didn't you buy some AEW&C ones, Siege?
Yes. I bought three AEW&C stratellite constellations, which are in place over respectively San Dorado, Sabika and Coilerburg.

OK a dozen it is then, post in the main thread and we can finish the deal

Some kind of licensing agreement for the Mach 3 is acceptable to me and Beowulf.

Possibly the Super Étendards and Alizés on the deck. What kind of carrier aircraft do you operate, anyway?

The fighters are all modern jet, SO far the VERY rough list of my jets are as follows
Airforce
4th gen fighter flight - 460
3rd gen fighter flight - 300
Strategic bomber (B1) - 50 (>45,000 lbs payload)
tanker - 30
heavy AWACS - 40
strategic transport flight 400
tactical transport flight 400
But this was based on the "points" system, which many people are telling me to ignore... And Im not sure how well those numbers would work.

Super Étendards would fit in among the 3rd-gen stuff, so you'd probably be good there.
Also, you have a rather excessive amount of transport aircraft. Dump some of them and get some light AWACS, trainers, and maritime patrol craft.

A Licensing agreement?!? Only a small percentage at best is common with our aircraft looking radically different from yours.
No at best a fixed sum of cash, few hundred million, and both sides walk away.

Why not just call it the A-2 or whatever that hypersonic liner is called? After all, it's distinctly different from a M3 supersonic airliner, it's a hypersonic project with totally different performance, and it has precise requirements for thrust yield of engines, et cetera. Just change the name. The Dominos have nothing on this.
The hydrogen engines for the necessary thrust can be provided from our hypersonic bomber project. After all, our folks need to make money, so probably the Myasischev EMZ will be making the engines for the A-2.

That, and never mind that CATO has been running MACH 3.2 T-4MS bombers for years before the MESS even rolled out their B-70 copy.

So that's what we're taking.

Shroom knows nuts about corporate affairs, much less the legal technicalities. And I will not have future MACH 3.2 aircraft being subjected to repeated licensing agreements.
Anyhow, I'm just drawing on a few legal precedents. Since no one on both sides will willingly open up the coffers to prove anything for fear of revealing trade secrets, which is pretty much a good reason why companies prefer out of court settlements, the sum in question is 500million ROBs.

Next time we will give PeZookian loans, but with 10% compound per annum interest.

MAX SHROOMATANSKY!
And Fingolfin must either be a squeaky-voiced midget megalomaniac, or a deformamutaloidified mutant on which the midget must ride on. MASTAAAAH.... AND BLASTAAAAAHHHH!!!!!!
But what if the Byzantine-Shroom project turns out to have nothing in common with the DOMINO project?
I mean, the article in question DID say:
LOINSTAR wrote:"Air McMillan will be playing a small but important role in the project. For example, those MESSholes like to paint everything in gray or green. We believe a pink and purple scheme would be more conducive to live freight and the aviation crew. Yum!" Said a Air McMillan spokesperson.
Shroomanian parts in the M3 basically involved creature features and comfort stuff,
not technical stuff. But that's probably because even those MESSholes (who like to paint everything in gray or green

) know that Shroomanians are
the people to go to for having funs.
Now if the Tian Xians and Loinstars want to sue the Shrooms for using the same shade of fuschia on the seats of the Shroom-Byzantium SST as was used in the M3...
Meh. If you Loinstars are really adamant, Fin is right. Settlement is preferable over a pricey licensing thing for something that's
not even remotely alike.
But that's alright. I mean, the Loinstars' breasts are practically bleeding blood from the moneybags over the whole shit in Shepland. We should be charitable.
(If they want to, the Byzantines can totally give the Loinstars their money Shep-Style, by dropping it out of the airplane straight on the airfield.

)
