"Don't call me boy, hear you?" he snapped as he heard Anya. He seized her from top to toe. "I've been through more than a lifetime, and you, on the other hand, possibly has saved a temple of a massive mice infection from the look of yours. Come back if you have really done something..."

He jumps out of the car to follow Tsaroth.

Grozny gets up, cheks his weapons, and puts on his armour. "Anyone fancy going down to the docks with me, going to keep a look out for the kobolds to make sure they don't sneak up on us.", and aside to Anya, "If you really want to mess with him burst in at night time when hes, uhh, exercising. Remember, you didn't hear this from me."

I walk into the mage guild, and as I am a member in good standing, use the facilities to scry for the Kobald commander

As you approach the guild, the man at the front informs you that your membership has been suspended for, quote "Suspicion of unlawfull activities."

They can't prove you did anything, but they CAN kick you out.

Seeing the others getting busy, Grozny walks off down to the docks, and looks for an area where he can get a good view of the whole harbour.

Turning back to the receptionist.. "Dont worry, I hve no intention of using anything more than your scrying rooms, and will even pay the usual fee if necessary... "

*there is some hushed whispering*

There are a few results.

1) They don't give a sh#$. Your membership is STILL suspended.
2) However, you can use the scrying room like any other guest, for a mere 100gp.
3) The mage will meet you for the duel at the time you said. He looks confident.

"I assume you know the rules... No summoning, no bringing in friends, and no physical combat being but a few of them... "

I pay my 100 gp

"Of course I know the rules, although last I checked summoning was allowed."

OOC: This isn't fae'rune the rules for mage duels are a bit different. Summoning is allowed, and transformation mages are allowed to use the self-only spells to their advanage. Just no physical combat.

"Ah, sorry, I have only ever engaged in mage duels in the elven forests,... I forgot the rule difference."

Yeah......the guild ruled that turning someone into an inadmite object was just as bad as killing him. If you want to do that, challenge him to a real duel.
