That, and all the major news agencies (based in Entente powers

) have axes to grind.

Since I'm the moderator, I obviously can't ask the moderator for their opinion on this. So I'll take a quick poll.
My force has a fraction of the heavy combatant ships fielded by everyone else, yet, is as large as most other powers, and fields operations across the Galaxy. Apart from the Unrelenting's which are as common as bugs under a rock, my ships are outnumbered.
So. Should I beef my fleet up in firepower, so that my three ultraheavies can dance with multiple Dreadnoughts from other powers, or do I pull a bunch of extra ships out from under a rug to even things up?

As it stands, you're extremely unlikely to ever get into a large scale fleet battle with someone, so there isn't much need to actually beef up anything. As it stands, you did dance with multiple dreadnoughts, so...

Hmm. I would expect one of your superheavies to stand up to 3-4 of my Dreadnoughts, but 5-6 would stalemate or defeat it. ( I have 15 Dreadnought-sized capital ships.)

I only have three battleships, so I'd expect your BBs to go more or less one-on-one with them, or something like that.

If you want I can take up the co-mod slot when I get back, or not. Doesn't much matter to me either way.

I'd say have your ultraheavies be suitably ultra, in fact I always assumed that's what they are.

Um, Thirdfain?
You might want to edit your post. My ships don't use any missile weapons. It's all long range energy weapons.

I do find it somewhat amazing that you've been able to reverse-engineer the trans-universe properties of the CMHF so quickly, especially when major portions of that drive systems are magical in nature (and, to the best of my knowledge, the SKS is the only major magic-using power)

You do recall how the Third Empire first showed up, correct? They went universe hopping, and chanced upon this one. The tech was lost in the Fall, and I'm currently trying to reengineer it. And, I still can't manage to have them come back. Which poses no small problem for actual use.

Ah, sorry.
Excellent, our plan is proceeding to schedule. (Watches as as ONI ship blows apart yet another PRC trans-universal testbed

Time to start putting better shields on the testbeds.
Apology accepted, Admiral.

Most of the US players have had other things to do this week, too.

Hey, Crayz can you put my new civ (The Affront) in the place of the Sloths?
And were you ever going to update the ship listing?

STGODs wax and wane. Oftentimes the Great Powers make an agreement to schedule an incident at a certain time, in order to start up a bit of a war.
*Hint hint*
If you want to get it going, PM one of your enemies and set it up.

"The Affront". Hmm... Cultureverse? Ah, gas bags make nice targets.
