That's good, I'll pay him another 30 GP to do the same to the wheels, but making it a removable jacket, so that I could take off the vine killers if I needed to (from the wheels).

I get my spells done, and go down to the main hall. Get a bit of food, and head out immediatly to the mayors office.

After getting his war pony back, Grozny decides it needs feeding, and goes to the local stables to enquire about some food.

Anyways, after taking my wagon to be upgraded, I take spark to a weapon shop (I assume they have these) to get a small crossbow which he could fire out the window I am getting installed on the wagon. That way he can defend himself if need be.

(OOc one should ask Aly if it is alright. The time right now is a bit special, so I guess after the holidays are over, we can then move along more undisturbed...)

Keenan walks into the mayor's office, and waits for Tsaroth to begin with the scrying show for the mayor.

After about 10 minutes of explaining your request until the worker finally understands it, he explains a few problems.

1) The cat dosn't have opposible thumbs, so it can't use a standard trigger. You'd need somthing more advanced, and he dosn't know how to do that, the town tinkerer might.

2) Even if the cat could fire it, there isn't a snowballs chance in hell he could load it, you would have to leave it loaded all the time.

3) Leaveing a crossbow loaded all the time wears it out faster.

1) I'll get that from the tinkerer

2) Small, and something that I would hope Spark coulld reload with his mouth. I only want one shot from it, that's it.

P.S. While this is happening, I'm having my Raven familiar talk to the bids on the edge of the forest to discover as much as he can about the druids/fael.

2) Something that small isn't a crossbow, it's a dart launcher. And spark can't reload in under a minuete if he can even reload it at all because he has no hands.

I don't necesarilly want it to be reloaded, just one shot is all I want, that way if we get surrounded/he's threatened we can suprise them. So what is Quoth reporting?
