In his panacked fall........

Tas manages to cast fly and pulls out of his dive second before he would have hit the ground at full speed.

Instead, you hit the ground at a slower speed 8 points of damage and your post a tooth.

Well.. I cast arcane healing and then polymorph other

Since it's his action first he hits your with Melfs-acid-arrow for 4 points of damage.

The brilliant green flash of Polymorph Other hits him and...........nothing happens.

I cast magic missle at the new mage.

"Kobolds are attacking the state. They tried to destroy a town on the border, and now worked their way here to get back to rheir masters. We want them dead, and dead now. We'd be very much obliged if you'd help us capture or kill them, and I think the government would be more then happy with you too."

my fire arrow did anything?

"Oh fuck..." I leave the ground(by a few feet) and attempt a retreat.

Magic missle does 9 points of damage, he looks pissed.

Captian: *blink* Oh, so YOUR those mages I heard about that saved those towns? It'd be an honor to help you.

*the Solaris starts foreward, but the Flame has a HUGE headstart*

I orient my shield towards the bad mage and take out my wand of Fire Arrow and fire it at the bad mage.

That, plus the magic missles does a total of 15 points of damage.

The mage pulls out a rock and throws it at Tas before flying back to the ship..........the rock hits for 2 points.

"insult to injury..."

I circle around, pick up my tooth and Keenan(if he is not on the ship) and fly to the Solaris

I cast a Ice Knife at the bad mage before Tsaroth takes me with him...

Ok, you hit him, but he's too far away to acertain damage.

So, you are all on the deck of the Solaries, and the Flame is quickly pulling ahead.

I drop to one knee in exhaustion, and manage to greet the captain and crew with a bloodied smile.

I get up, and move to the prow. Motioning the other mages with me

"I am in no condition to really fight... but if we can cripple them with a bombardment of spells we may be able to manage it.. and does anyone have any healing potions this stab wound really hurts"

Keenan rushes to him and steadies him, stroking his bloodied cheek. "Oh dear, you look bad..." He takes out his wand of minor wound curing and uses it on Tsaroth, until he looks better again.

"If you can still fly it'd probably be best for you to go back to town and see if you can get some help."

"Thank you my love" Tsaroth gives Keenan a kiss, then turns his attention to the Flame

What spells do we have left?

Tsaroth gives Keenan a kiss

You get weird looks from the crew.

He gives them a rather knowing look(the sort of "Oh you do it to" look. oh I love sailor jokes) and then moves on with trying to ask the other mages what spells they have on them.

"Its time like this I wish I had a bow." Grozny mutters to himself looking down from the mage battle up above. Turning to the captain of the ship, "I'm sorry to be blunt about this, but if you have any weapons, mages or even big piles of horse manure, SHOOT THAT SHIP!"

Is the Flame within fireball range?

Keenan returns the kiss and raises himself up to his full height, towering over Tsaroth, choosing to ignore the glances of the sailors.

Turning his attention back to the matter at hand, he says "I have my crossbow, but I very much doubt it'll do a thing against a ship..."

The flame is a good 1000ft away.

"Are you mad!? We are running five guns, a ship like that runs 20 and they have 150% of our sail!"

Anya mutters the same command word as before and points her shield at the mage.
