I could be seeing things, but judging by the motion of the ropes, maybe it has something to do with her hands being tied to the frame round the top? And maybe it's cos I've been here long enough to see most of IB's piccies for these threads, but that guy in the background looks very familiar...

As does the Harry Potter text used to prop the camera up... the worlds of childhood innocence and medieval racks meet... the horror.
