Hey, Siege, maybe we can have Shroomania and San Dorado collaborate on your space program to create some kind of shuttle craft that goes about shuttling things in space... a Space Shroomttle, if you will. An aerospace craft of... some kind. ;)

It'll be another part of FASTA. A Randome Altarnate Realty to the current space rockets in use by FASTA, for parallel development and shit.

Technically, I talked to Stas at the start of the game on working on that (albeit more for military use), but given our lack of rockets and boosters, I wouldn't be in the hurry to get that ready for at least 10-15 game years.

The CSR proposes the following flag for the Socialist Brotherhood (CSR + USSR). ;) More stars may be added if we gain allies who turn socialist (which is possible, but so far a "secret" ;) )

However, I'm not sure what kind of purpose such an ideological alliance could serve. We banned dual mutual defense treaties, or did we? Is the MESS a mutual defense treaty?

My involvement with the MESS has been very minimal....

Nyah, of course we won't be changing half the game course that already transpired. I just forgot the conclusion of that debate. Did we actually say "no" to double mutual defense treaties... or not?

I believe it was a majority "no".

But it became a non-issue because I didn't get involved in the Shepistan war.

Come to think of it, I'm not sure how the Ecumenical Patriarch would react. On one hand, socialism is great for the poor, but... Godless Commies is going egg on him.

I've got Shroomania :D. Does that count?
Yes. Your survival is guaranteed with Shroom, I can't vouch for your sanity though. :D

Capitalist pig! :P

Stas, any progress on the Karic story? I am intrigued as to what will you do with him. :D

You might want to include Ana, his arch nemesis.

Stas nuked one of his own towns to contain the infection.

You mean that? Ok. I thought that was a non-issue.

So anyway I'm trying to push this along a little bit mostly because I don't want this to get as bogged down as the Furesque Conference (which in retrospect I should have had Wilkonia attend but oh well). PeZook had a good suggestion and I think we should consider any others that are out there but I think a relatively simple ban on Bio Weapons is something that would be a big plus in all of ourt constituencies, that is I think it would be pretty easy to sell this as a huge moral victory for everyone which would lend weight to just getting it done.

Yeah. Considering we have Nth generation strains weaponized, the research into vaccines will continue with those strains, but stockpiling millions of liters of the shit would be unnecessary... to say the least.

Gromyko signed the document.

If nobody has any objections I'm probably just going to make a quick post about Andreneas announcing that the conference has agreed to the treaty and that it is up for ratification amongst those nations who require it but that Wilkonia, meaning he, is signing it bringin it into force of law.

BTW looking for cool agency names since IBWOA is a crappy acronmyn for International Biological Weapons Oversight Agency (which is all I've come up with so far).

BIO, Bioweapon International Oversight. BIOCON - Biological Control. BIOWAR - Biological Weapon Agents Reduction.

Maybe BIOCOM: Bioweapons International Oversight COMmittee.

After he came up with "FART" I'm not letting him near the naming of any agency or treaty I'm signing.

And BIOCOM works for me. And the Shinra Republic shall sign the treaty.
