That would be because I have no way of capturing his blatantly fake french accent in text form. And it's just not the same without the accent.

My favourite lines are from the Monkey Island games, too... part of it is certainly because I have the fondest memories of playing 1 + 2 when I was a kid. Only thinking of the very first dialogue in The Secret of Monkey Island cracks me up, I always chose "Call me Ishmael" when asked "Who's there" It's hilarious, and it would've won me a million € on "Who wants to be a Millionaire", I couldn't believe people didn't know that this is the first sentence in "Moby Dick" because thanks to MI I knew it since I was 10

I've always loved the silly group end of battle lines from Tales of Symphonia:

Lloyd with a female group:
Lloyd: "Did everyone see me?"
Colette: "You were great Lloyd!"
Sheena: "You're incredible!"
Raine: "We're counting on you."
Lloyd: "Heh heh..."

Lloyd with a male group:
Lloyd: "Did everyone see me?"
Genis: "Yeah, Lloyd, you were great!"
Zelos: "You're the best!"
Lloyd: "It just isn't the same..."

Sheena: "And don't come back!"
Colette: "I don't think they can come back."
Sheena: "... Um... You're becoming more like Lloyd, aren't you?"

Sheena: "Did you see my attack?"
Zelos: "Oh yeah, Baby. I was watching all right."
Sheena: "For some reason, I don't think that was what you were focusing on."

From Persona 3:
