I think he referred to extraordinarily massive women.

He didn't say mountain-sized women; he said mountain-shaped.
I found that quite odd.

Does mountain-shaped mean that they have unnaturally large breasts, or they have a bunch of leg fat making them wider at the feet than they are at the neck?
The latter option sounds unlikely, but I'm sure there's some freak of nature that looks just like that.
Anyway, I don't get any luck with the girls. I'm guessing it's either because I'm too shy, or they prefer the big stupid jocks. Any help?

Well if you prefer "the big stupid jocks" I don't think it's a problem with girls...

Ya know, threats like this depress me. As a geek/nerd in middle school and high school, I could barely get girls to acknowledge me (except for when they wanted the answer to question #5). Throughout I college I've been attracted to the smart, fairly good looking girls that have good personalities. I had many friendships with such girls, including a couple that almost actually dated me. That, however, is as far as I've gotten, as they've been involved with others. Oh well, at least I haven't had to spend any money on dates or been distracted from my studies. I do hope the situation changes once I graduate this semster, although I'm not counting on it until I move out my current area in a couple of years. I just hope I have the social skills for it (as in I don't make some dumbass mistake the pisses off the girl that will go out with me - high school was a bitch)

I seem to unintentionally always manage to go after the ones that are either a) not interested in dating or b) already taken.
I chase after girls who are geeks at heart. Unfortunately that narrows the pool down to damn near nothing.

I'm the king of part b. Had one girl where for the last 6 YEARS I've tried to ask her out each time she's broken up with her last boyfriend, waiting for the "rebound time" to wear off. Every time, I'm exactly ONE DAY late, she got asked out the day before by some other guy. Six years...
Now, as to what I look for: confidence is a plus, though not necessarily boldness (there's a difference). Intelligence. Not necessarily a rocket scientist, but someone who's at least average. A good sense of humor. I'm a bit of a practical joker and I like to tease, which can cause problems with some people. Actual physical doesn't matter that much to me. I've fallen for redheads, blonds, brunettes, and raven-hairs all. I tend to be drawn more towards redheads and brunettes, but I'm not horribly picky...just unlucky in that Uraniun's part b is true roughly 90% of the time when I get interested, and part a about 9% (the last 1% is my ex-girlfriend).

As for boys, I chase the sweet, intelligent, kind, thoughtful, musically talented funny ones who have great smiles and gorgeous eyes.
There aren't many of them, so I'm usually not too busy with the chasing part because I hardly ever have one to chase. Except for now, though.

And this one is kinda gay, so she's kinda SOL there.
As for me, I don't chase after guys, they do come flocking, when I happen to go to club. In any case, my TYPE is tall, hispanic, built (muscular, toned) guys with short, black (and preferably curly) hair, with grey/black/blue eyes (dead sexy), and straight, white teeth with sharp canines. And gay.

Zoink's Ideal Girlfriend Specs:
Height:
- under 5'9" (my height)
Build:
-Slim and/or athletic (preferred)
-or nicely proportioned for her body type, few people are perfect, and sometimes a little weight makes for sexy curves (alternate)
Eyes:
-No preference.
Hair:
-Dark, straight shoulder length hair
-or short/straight hair with nice bangs.
Religion:
-none (preferred)
-or at least doesn't really follow it (eg Christian "by default").
Sense of Humour:
-present
View of self:
-not too serious (can laugh at oneself)
-at least tries to live healthy
-doesn't give up on things because she thinks she's too "dumb"
Disposition:
-Says what she's thinking
-Spunky (bonus, but not required)
-Knows what she wants
-Down-to-earth
-Has at least one qwerky irrational interest that isn't necessarily compatible with me (eg. one girl: absolutely *had* to watch 90210). Why? Because it means she might understand mine
Limbs:
-at least 3
Senses:
-at least 4
A "Hollywood" example of a girl that immediately perks my interest would be Jennifer Love Hewitt, she's sweet.
I'm 27 myself, but I look younger (like early 20s) so I often find myself talking with younger women, but I prefer women closer to my age (more realistic view on life, so much easier to talk to). Strangely, I find women with kids the easiest to talk to, because they seem to know what they want, as apposed to the younger girls I talk to who "don't know, just want to have fun."

You must have misread my post. I was saying the girls prefered them, not me. Besdies, why would I be with a dumb jock when I could carry on a far more intellegent conversation with one of my cats?
