Hence why you have freedom of speech laws. Society enshrine the freedom of speech because it adds values to the society as a whole, as it helps dissident and people to voice their views against those in established power. Freedom of speech is far less useful when its used by the established against people who are already marginalised, because those people do not need freedom of speech laws to voice their views. Their power and social status already grant them that ability to do so.
