Buy the archery and click the relevant flag to create archers, click on your man stockpile at the top to deploy a bomber, but all you really need is a lot of archers and a vast stock pile of mages - eventually, they create mana faster than you can use it, and the archers shoot things before they even get in sight. Eventually, it all becomes self maintaining.
