Thank you, every one of you!
The wedding was lovely, even if Martin forgot to grab the music cd. I walked down the aisle on the arm of my big brother as the birds sang overhead and Harley motorcycles roared up the road beside the park, and faintly heard guests humming the WeddingMarch as I passed by.
The service was quiet, no one flubbed a line or broke down crying, and as we were announced to the small audience as "Mr. and Mrs. Martin Kemmish" everyone broke out in applause.
Cake was served, a banquet of chips, nuts, dips, and specially made puffed pastries with turkey filling. Gifts were unwrapped, pictures taken, and finally we were allowed to leave at last.
Saturday night was spent in Covington, and Sunday we reached Williamsburg VA. Our mornings were spent exploring Williamsburg, Jamestown, BuschGardens, and the surrounding area. Our evenings were spent at the hotel, swimming in the pool or just cuddling.
It was wonderful.
Pity I'm back at work now

Whoa...I
have been gone! I knew the two of you were a couple, but I had no idea you were planning to get married. Now the knot's tied!
Anyhow, I've not the pleasure of talking with either of you much, but from what I know, you're good folk, most deserving of a long, happy marriage.
So, congratulations!

If I had a wine glass in hand I'd propose a toast.

Well, the balloons are all deflated, the champagne flat, the cake stale and we found IB's panties in the fountain...even flying cocktail parties have to end
sometime. At least there weren't any evil robots from Krikkit.
Thread de-stickied for now

Heh, nice.
Recommend you two book a cruise on one of those liners -- my wife and I did, after our ceremonial wedding. Used to be prohibitively expensive, but thanks to fallout from 9/11 and recent cruise liner scares, rates are much more reasonable now. If you choose
Princess cruises, ditch the land tour piece, and just stay on the boat.

Thanks Dalton. I was going to ask for the thread to be De-Stickied this weekend, which will mark 30 Whole Days of Wedded Bliss.
Jegs: The next big vacation we're planning is visiting his grandparents in England.

Maybe we'll do the cruise thing one of these years, tho.

Cool, you'll have to let the EBC know when and where and maybe we'll throw you a party!

Oh, believe me, we've considered asking all the EBC if/when you guys could meet with us, face to face.
Right now, we're shooting for next year, possibly March, after we get our tax returns and actually might have the money to blow on the trip

Next year sounds ok, I might've gotten off my ass and passed my driving test by then so I won't have to worry about ticket prices...only petrol.
