Send a bomber to do the job, can't deflect enough firepower to level several city blocks. But high explosives of most kinds can do the trick, cluster missiles would be interesting.

What is the minimum range for a bombing? If it requires visual contact as the uber-minimalist EU likes to suggest for bombings then Mind tricking could work.
(I am not saying that the actual range is something so paltry, I am asking what it is from high level canon.)
