Keevan_Colton wrote:Fearghal heard the noise and shook his head...
"I will be a moment..."
With that he floated down to the bottom of the shaft to Torma and laid a hand on her side, murrmuring in draconic.
"Dont worry Torma, we'll be out of here is a moment..."
He murrured an incantation and in an instant the two were standing in the foyer of the tower.

[Teleport, Greater]
Thank you... Torma answered, her wings and tail drooping in embarrassment. She was a Dragon... she shouldn't get stuck in a simple hole in the ground. Even if she knew that she wouldn't have room to fly inside it when she jumped headfirst... and she didn't even get to fight a Vampire! It just wasn't fair.

Fearghal smiled and winked speaking in draconinc
"Dont worry about it, I've got into some similar spots myself."

So where's the Vampires? Torma asked, changing the subject.

"It was Mi'lady."

Bones creak, and swords rattle. The halls echo with clacking feet and scraping stone, and the cries of the damned blast out from every wall. Bony arms and legs burst through the ceilings and walls, and decayed flesh tumbles off the whitewashed bone. Formless horrors appear, leering at you, dark hands reaching and grasping. You are all surrounded...

Jax held up this holy symbol, shouted a prayer to Helm, and the area blazed with white light.

++What just happened

First Move action: Turn undead at +1

A disembodied voice thrums throughout the tower, speaking in a vast multitude of familiar and alien languages. -THE FLOOD IS UNLEASHED. YOUR SOULS SHALL BURN WITHIN THESE WALLS FOR AN ETERNITY. KNOW THAT I AM ZAL'MAI, LORD OF FAERUN!-
A couatl appears, and the area is filled with brilliant light.

Erhart paused for a moment upon hearing the creaking and the cries of the undead slumping towards them in a fitful meander. He turned and gaped at the masses lumbering towards them for a moment. Quickly, he regained his senses and lifted the blade to murmur the command word to bathe the sword in a shocking electrical aura "Aequitas" (+1d6 electrical damage)

With a slight move, he dropped into a defensive stance and awaited death to come. (activating expertise +5 ac -5 to attack)

"By the gods...To Arms!"

Gaheris swept out his sword. He had tricks enough up his sleeve for undead. But so many... "Zal'mai! Know this, you are not Lord of Faerun and shall never become so, not so long as Tyr dispenses justice, Torm defends the land, and Ilmater cares for the people! Show yourself!"

++Do any of us recognize the name? I'm not likely to...++

I sic my 12 warrior replicators and 2 workers replicators on the undead.

"We should retreat and return when we can fight this menace!"

I turn undead at +3, and shout for my summon to attack.
I turn undead again with Quicken Turn at +1.

For my attack action I cast Summon Monster VI (random monster)

"Go! I will hold them here"

With that, Erhart surged forward and lashed out with his sword to the enemy in his path, Fury blazing within his green eyes.

"For Torm!"

Fearghal concentrated, calling to the others "To me! There are too many!"

With a word and a gesture of his staff he called up a barrier around them, it would not last long, but a moment would be all he should need....

[Wall of Force]

A massive re-animated ogre stomps forward, his decayed flesh covered in dark plate mail, and his hands filled with the hafts of huge axes. The ogre leaps into the air, axes slashing downward, but you very narrowly dodge aside.

You are consumed by a mass of wights and wraiths, their deathly cold touches sapping life from you with each passing moment. Your mind darkens...and drifts away...

A horde of undead evaporate in a burst of white light, your replicators and torn to pieces without causing any damage to the undead, and your spell fails as a robed zombie raises its hands and utters a guttural counterspell. More undead pour out of the walls.

Leaning heavily on his staff, casting a forlorn look at where Erhart was consumed by the mass of foes Fearghal gathered his power, calling out a single word....trying to take them all beyond the walls of the tower to the saftey of the sunlight beyond....

You are whisked out into the street safley, and your mounts are waiting there.

Holy Smite centered on Erhart(5d8 20 ft rad, shouldn't hurt him if he's good).

((EDIT, since I din't read down far enough, again...))

When Erhart charged, Torma was right beside him, biting and clawing the undead viciously, using her wing strikes to beat them back.

Gaheris had just come in, and was still next to the door. As the others got away through teleporting, he turned and dove out the door. There was absolutely nothing he could do for Erhart... But these undead would pay. If he had to rally a host of Tyr to come back here, they would pay. He grimly swore it to himself even as Percival responded to his call and made the moving pickup on the street outside...

++Did everyone get out besides Erhart? If not, then this action changes drastically.++

With a *pop*, Jax appeared on the nice sunny street outside.

"GODS DAMMIT!" He shouted.

Torma blasts the crowd of wights and wraiths away from her friend with her Lightning Breath
Erhart's body is gone, and nothing but a smear of blood is left in it's place.
