Well, the Survivor:Zed ratio has gone down somewhat, and zombie levels have gone up a little.

In other news, VoidDragon's near central Malton, and every time I log on I hear a groan nearby. Spent a bunch of ammo headshotting a pair of zeds munching on an unlucky survivor. Used an FAK to keep the survivor alive, got bit, then the zeds focused on trying to finish the other guy off. I killed one of them, dumped the body & rebuilt his barricades enough to buy him a few AP points, then healed him again and killed the other zed. Used my last FAK to heal myself once the zed was dead, then dashed back to my safehouse.

Ok, hit you with a revive Hawk. Sorry I missed you fuzzy, but I only found 1 syringe that search. As you are probably aware, zeds are all over Stanbury. Daynes Alley Police Dept just went down, hard. 50+ zeds inside, survivors all killed or evac'ed.

Its a change in how the stats are reported Matt.
"Active" characters are those that haven't idled out after five days. Survivor/zombie numbers include fresh corpses. Zombie Hunter count does not include hunters who are currently zombies themselves.
Before, it tracked only those with the zombie hunter skill, regardless if they were a survivor or not. Now it only tracks those who are currently a survivor.

Possibly. It could be that zombie hunters are typically in the more dangerous areas and die frequently. Or that some completists died trying to pick up the new zombie skill. I wonder how many of the decreased zombie hunters numbers were brain rot zombies with the hunter skill. But yes, I think you are right; the ratio is definitely lower.

IIRC, Humans when revived, their first attack is listed as zombies.

Ace is right. Its a bug in the game. A survivor killed you with a shotgun and pistols and then was killed before you logged in; the code looks up the name when the message is displayed (when you logged in) so it showed up as a zombie.

Crapity. A zombie horde attacked Grigg Heights, took out the Hospital and NecTech Building, and they're working on the PD. Our warehouse, right smack in the middle of them, was attacked briefly.

So, it's time to get outta Dodge! *runs like hell*

Well, Catherine's hospital in Stanbury village has 80 or so zombies inside, and I ran out of AP 1 square away :(. I'm pretty much screwed, unless I get lucky in the next half-hour.

Well, where it said "a zombie attacked you for 10 damage", I clicked on "a zombie", and it gave me that person's profile. So I guess he was a zombie at first, then he was revived and shot me with the shotgun, and then he was killed again before I logged back in.

What do you mean? The new update about large buildings helps zombies a lot and does extremely little for survivors. Zombies can now crack one corner of a mall and hit all quadrants without having to tear down the barricades of the other corners. There is no more fleeing to anothe quadrant to be safe; you have to flee the entire building,

I can understand Zed players bitching about all the upgrades for survivors, but bitching that you can walk around the inside of a mall without Free Running? WTF?!
