I like this idea, too
And I don't control Denmark (yet). I will eventually, but not for two more years, so this year my income remains normal.
BTW, Fingolfin, I really think people only started hating you after this whole "ally with vampires" schtick

Why can't someone try something different...
It's good to indulge in some evil after all..
Besides,
GOD WILLS IT!

As far as I'm concerned, it was a double hallucination.
I mean, seriously.
Khorne said 'my friend' in it!
Think about this for a minute.

It was probably Tzeentch posing as Khorne. Which makes way more sense than Khorne saying something that's akin to "come on guys, make up and be pals".

But why would Khorne ask us to annihiliate each other, and then end the greatest menace in history? After all, he wants blood flowing the rivers...
Anyhow, I'm just bathing in madness. Pardon the lack of sanity.
And I will seriously doubt I'll go start warring the same way Shep does. I don't have the energy for that.

Hang on, there's a conference-type thing going on?
You must honestly think I was idle while you were maneuvering against me huh?

Hey, a Duke can dream, right?

Sure. This game needs some tension and excitement, anyhow.

Blood for the Blood God!!!
But seriously, I think I'm enjoying being evil...a little too much.

It's alright. We're used to it by now.

The East may have the Warp, but I now have the Shivering Isles.
This is really shaping up to be fun.

Yes, smile as I create an army of disposable Knights of Order.
Their crystalline bodies will destroy you and your 'guns.'

Well, you know, it's time to equip them with the magical equivalent of power fists, to smash your crystals to bits. The Grey Knights already have that, which is why it's 800 points for 100 of them.
Or I give them larger caliber guns and magic bullets. Whichever works....

Curse the East and their guns.
*Sends a message to my diplomats in Pogoria: find some way of getting working models of guns for testing*
Time to magic up my weaponry.

Your neighbors up to the north in Gurren-Britannia have firearms of their own. We're open to trade.

I will buy firearms from Gurren-Britannia.
I still need Eastern firearms to develop counter measures for, but I can try and keep this cold war on ice until I am prepared to counter Czordom, and Byzantine firearms.

I don't understand. As it is, Pogoria only gets one master gunsmith, and 2 apprentices. So how will getting my guns allow you to counter mine, when you are getting similar guns from Gurren-Britannia?

Similar, but the composition of your gunpowder may have a weakness.
It probably won't, but it might.

The composition of gunpowder is the province of the Adeptus Alchemi, who use alchemy to enhance the quality and purity of the gunpowder.
Why not fudge up your own magic powder?

Bah, why is everyone dismissing the Crimean portion of this alliance? Fire giants wielding, for all intents and purposes, cannons, giant rock golems that are on fire, undersea beasts able to easily destroy any regular ship and you guys are worried about regular human infantry with guns? Bah.

The Red Tsardom fully supports her Crimean Allies as a critical ally, we did send in teams of engineers to build up your nation's industry (and let you do a couple of things you have listed) you know.
Of course, a few of those fire Rubies of yours would be most useful for the soon to exist Red Imperial Navy

To be fair, you aren't pure evil, you didn't have a huge confrontation that resulted in a let down with pure evil, and you aren't the Red Czordom. You kind of got the short end of the stick on that one.

That will come, eventually.

::sigh:: Back to designing ships to fight the Czordom.
Decisions, decisions, write up a King Patrik board meeting, or write about a Gizmonic contract.

Meh.. you guys can call me evil for all I care. In case you didn't notice, I will eventually border 2 "evils", namely Shady and Dark Hellion. Better make peace with one, than to spend the rest of the time fighting both. Also, Shady serves as a good buffer (and actually vice versa) against you guys in the West, while I contend with my eastern border.
If anything, I saved the Crimean Republic the trouble of worrying about the Shadow Empire, and Pogoria as well.

I am, barring of course the diplomatic task of attending the Paris summit on kicking Daemon butt.
But yeah i think we need to get going with year two now ish, it's been how long since the start of the game real time?
