So which thread amongt the bunch is the one for large scale diplomatic actions? I'm basically looking for negotations on specific issues rather than signing on to some gigantic treaty organization.

No problem. It saves me the headache of having to figure out where people are. Pay me now or pay me later, essentially. I'm not going to be able to keep up with a lot of these additions, but I felt that if we could get a good majority of them up there, people would be able to get an idea and the rest would be simpler.

Damn, go away for 24 hours and I miss an international Incident. Gonna be interesting to see what I miss when I go a vacation. Anyways, My colonial Holdings were acquired by Diplomacy they're not all that close to earth. So I'd like to stick em here. (I'm the Pink hex) I assume there's enough room for 10 planets there.

That's a ship combat upgrade and we decided that they get paid for on a ship to ship, not tech level basis. You're going to have to adjust. Sorry.

beowulf: some clarifications needed on what exactly your Grey Knights and your Magical Damage Control do. You've got the former listed as on elite force and internal security bonus and the latter is unclear exactly what you mean. If you could post more extensive descriptions of them it would be appreciated.
