The Floater attack certainly suggests that it's something more. Revolutionaires perhaps.
If it truly is revolutionaries that are trading heavy weapons then the fragile peace which we have achived may be shattered in it's infancy.
The KSE proposes a multi-national strike force be established to hunt down an destroy these pirates and revolutionaries.

These events are greatly disturbing. Our intelligence apparatus has not been watching the Krytos Empire, or their fringe movements, and though we find it unlikely that the Krytosian Emporer himself would have sanctioned such an action as you describe, We believe it is quite possible that Krytosian extremists, or perhaps members of the late Admiral's group, could have perpetrated such an action.
Any assistance you could yeild us in finding the answers to the questions faced today would be appreciated. If you could share what knowledge you have with the UFR intelligence apparat, we would be thankful.

The Outworld Alliance backs this proposal, and would be pleased to contribute Task Force Scimitar, currently within KSE space, as part of this force.

Good Asgard Nation, I believe there were Kokkand Moons used to train their armies, would these prehaps be available for us to take over?
(OOC: Thoguh I want this baddly and had a plan to invade it before I really think we ought to cut up some of the Kokkand Empire and give it out to other nations so it doesn't become to un-balanced in Asgard's Favor.)

all the KSE asks for is a small moon or colony nothing major it dosen't even have to be colonized merly in former Kokand space

We would rather not join such a thing at this time, as we are doing just as well on our own with the Hyper-Driver and our normal fleets. However in the future we might be willing to join.

I'm sure that if the Asgard are interested in giving these moons away, they will rather give them to their long-time allies.

As soon as task force Omega is repaired and their losses replaced we will commit them to the Strike Force. They'll be ready to go in three and a half weeks

We will not be giving you a cent while you troops. Indeed, their withdrawl is a precondition for peace. If you do withdraw we will end the war and shoulder the cost of rebuilding.
Need we remind of you the consequences should you refuse? Surely you do not wish further war.

We would like to draw your attention to the territory previously inhabited by the Republic of Thoa'-hal. These planets currently contain only a small number of OA settlers and facilities, and there is plently of space to go around there. KSE colonisation of these areas would be welcomed.

We ask what former holdings we may claim as our own.

No we don't want another war, but we would like something to show the people that we won something from this war.

Prehaps a compromise could be worked out, How about everything above 15N in Africa is given to Nubia, Libya, and Algeria, the rest given to the Asgard. Everyhting North of Medina in Arabia is Given to the MOnacorans, the rest is turned into a New Secular State as it was before the Kokkands took over.

Its not your teritory technically, it was Kokkand Teritory. It would not hurt you, and it would help to broach a feeling of peace between the nations.
(OOC: Again I must say that giving all of the Kokkand Teritory to the Asgard would rather un-balance the game, wouldn't you?)

We find the security problems with in the Krytos Empire troubling. While it is not the government's avowed policy, serious problems within the Krytos Empire have come to light. Certainly those weapons were the latest in military hardware (as we have ample evidence to compare against). Some one has clearly provided top notch equipment to these... villians.
We regret that all the assistance we can provide, we have. The
Templar will direct you to the site but the wreckage has been towed to docks and gone over with a fine tooth comb. The bodies have been cremated (after autopsy and documentation) and their ashes will be returned via secure courier.

All requests for territory are to wait for the peace negotiations.
Keep in mind, allies of the Floater Republics, that this fight would have ended with the destruction of the primary Zarathrustran cluster, Mars bombed to dust, ground fighting in Asgard and OU holdings, as well as China, and continued space combat.
Our alliance would have won- after all, the Kokanders threw away their advantages in ship numbers by engaging a numerically superior Floater fleet at close range, and the Durandel and Krytos reinforcements had just arrived- But the cost would have been astronomical.
Asgard representatives, keep in mind that on the ground, alliance forces had control of all of Africa and the Middle East, with overwhelming superiority. With the retreat of Skaven forces from the field, alliance victory had been acheived. You do not have claim to victory, either.
The only losers in this conflict have been the Kokand Empire.
This means that all powers shoulod treat eachother with respect. We can reach agreements about territory, and we can make some sacrifices.
Asgard representatives, be prepared to do the same.

Understandable. We would be open to formal negotiations.

We will consider you offer. It is possible something can be worked out. War is not what we want, but neither will we had over everything we have gained. Especially as this was a cease fire, not a surrender.
Fair enough, I was just hopping.
Alright.
Its not your teritory technically, it was Kokkand Teritory. It would not hurt you, and it would help to broach a feeling of peace between the nations.
We are prepared to negotiate over some territory but those are not amongst them. Please understand, we are trying achieve an honorable peace. We will not give away our territory (even if new) simple to placate others.
(OOC: Again I must say that giving all of the Kokkand Teritory to the Asgard would rather un-balance the game, wouldn't you?)
(OOC: No, given that I now have to rebuild and patrol it. With most of the Kokand Navy in-operable for now that'll slow things down)

We intend to negotiate. But we will not give away territory wholesale. The Asgard intends to negotiate a fair settlement to the war.
(The Kokand Fleet lost but Asgard Fleets were only lightly damaged. Not to mention had it come to ground combat we would have made it messy. And the Kokand have a massive ground force. It was a draw for all powers concerned all around)

Actually, we plan on retaining them and using them as training bases. Naturally we would like to invite our allies in the NBA to conduct joint training. Perhaps even basing troops there.

Prehaps it could be worked out like this, our armies are uneniably the best there is, in exchange for the moons we would be willing to train three regiments of your nations up to just below the best level we have.
