A strange World of Darkness/Lord of the Rings What-If:
After being turned into the first vampire, Caine wanders aimlessly into Númenor <insert weird explanation here> at the beginning of the fourth century of the Second Age.
Caine embraces Vardamir Nólimon, heir to the Kingship of Númenor, who upon his father's death renounces his throne in favor of Caine (making Númenor akin to the city of Enoch).
Fast-forward 6,000 years, how has vampire society evolved in Middle-earth?

Uhhh, instead of tales of the corruption of Numenor, people in Gondor tell their kids about the vamping of Numenor. I don't know terribly much about the WoD, but I doubt they could survive Iluvatar (God) himself saying: "You know what, I think that I'll lock away all their armies for two million years, wipe their homes, women, and children from the face of the world, and re-make creation itself.
