I was listening to AM radio for some reason on the way home and found some religious channel conversation... this guy (www.drdino.com) actually believes just about everything the bible says, Dinosaurs existed with humans, the Earth is only 6,000 years old and that before the flood Humans lived to be over 900 years old... but after the flood spontaneously couldn't live that long anymore. He also gave out a 800 number which I missed where if you called you were given a free book entitled something to the degree of "Science book is wrong" or something like that...

There is no god. You can't have this and god.... they are mutually exclusive....

That's 'Doctor' Kent Hovind. He's a complete fucking moron. I posted a thread from a site making a total mockery of his 'thesis' and the ridiculous little 'Patriot University' where he studies.

And yes, he's worse than Darkstar.

He also was talking about how the dinosaurs were really just lizards, because lizards never stop growing. Oh really, Doc? Then why don't we have them now?

He also stated that insects grew to massive sizes, and all other plants and animals did to, and thus there was an abudance of food for humans and the rest of the living population. What an idiot. His Wall of Ignorance could even be mightier than DarkStar's.........At least DarkStar's obession in something that isn't reality hasn't led to a book, videos, and a doctorate (if he really has one...)

It is Creationism propganda as usual, not hard given there is a whole association out there of people claiming the Earth to be flat still and that Apollo 11 was either fake or went to Heaven briefly.

He most certainly does not have a doctorate. Check the link. He went to one of the worst diploma mills in the country- and the 'campus' is virtually a shack.

Yes, Hovind's Waill of Ignorance is stronger than DarkStar's. I'd say about 5 times stronger. The fact that he hasn't conceded his feeble points years ago proves it. He just puts his head up his ass, and flaunts his degree (if any) that is'nt worth the paper it was printed on.

I really, really doubt it. Apparently, he refuses to debate. Maybe not so brain-dead after all?
BTW, Hovind was arrested this past summer, I forget all the details, but basically he tried to kick some tenants out of a house they were renting from him, or something like that. Felony charges,IIRC.

You couldn't get this guy pinned down for an argument. One, he wouldn't respect the credentials of a bunch of guys on a sci-fi board, and more importantly, his livelihood depends on being undefeated. Being undefeated, for him, HAS to mean 'unchallenged', because we all know how trivially easy it would be to defeat him.

As for his 'challenge', it's common knowledge that its wording is more fixed than a mob-run casino. You CAN'T win at his challenge because it demands the impossible.
