I wanted to take a moment here just to extend a sincere thanks to all of you. Not too long ago, I was well on my way to giving up my fun here at this board on account of a bad case of the stupids. But the lot of you were patient, and took the time to set me right. I want all of you to know how much I appreciate that. Thanks, guys.

Whether Mike intended to or not, he's created a public forum that has had the difficult and rare chance to become a respectable community, and that's worth at least giving Mike a congratulatory handshake, if not a keg of beer and a complimentary lap dance.
