ACLU sies the city of Slidell, LA

An intersesting piece of news that is occuring in my former home town.
First I will state my position, I am an Atheist, Republican Teenager, and I believe that the ACLU is right, though I do think that both sides have blown the issue out of proportion. I have thought of going down and protesting, but I am afraid of the reaction against me in my home town, as I live in a rural Mississippi town dominated by fundies. So hoe do you guys feel about this?

How exactly are you going to define "Righteous Judgement" other than by what Christianity says it is?

The Establishment Clause is cut and dry, it needs to be removed.

The fundie strategy is to deliberately provoke these kinds of lawsuits by pissing on the establishment clause, knowing that their "base" will react to the lawsuit by thinking that atheists are aggressive assholes.

It's kind of like the dipshit kid in grade school who would sneak up and punch someone in the back of the head, wait for him to turn around and hit back, and then scream when he gets hit so that the teacher punishes the second kid.
