So I've been sick. So I've nothing better to do than surf looking for info. The top strategists and advisors of the campaigns left standing struck me as interesting, so in I went.

Mark Penn, of course, is Clinton's Consultant King. He's CEO of a company called Burson-Marsteller.(Link)

Don't try and glean meaning from the about us statements. That much weasal talk, they're consultants.

A big name around McCain is Charlie Black.. Because he's a lobbyist with a firm called BKSH in D.C. and he's McCain's top advisor.(Link)

So far, nothing unusual but McCain's double-standards on lobbyists.

Until I noticed that Mark Penn's business had thrown up a hit on Charlie Black's name.

Mark Penn's a smart guy. He'd get profits from both campaigns, win or lose. Strange bedfellows..
