Death's Canon Photography: Dor Beach (56K Warning)

Post by The Grim Squeaker »

More photos taken with the new Canon 40D, from last Friday. (I jumped ahead a week in the "schedule", since Chronology can suck "my" 18-200mm IS lense :D ).

I'm including a "image name" to help anyone who agrees to give image specific critique (Thanks in advance!) and needs help identifying beyond "The one with the shadows".

The beach is a lovely one, just south of Beaver Beach (Where I've been once before), in the lower north of Israel.

Nice shots.

I really like 11 and 6. 6 seems just a biiiiit off. Maybe if he was a bit higher and to the left.

Looks like a real pretty place to shoot at. I'll have ot add it to my places to get to list

I have alternative shots of both, I'll upload them later if you feel like giving more critique ;).

The northern beach (Beaver beach) is even better, although I was there only once some 2-3 years ago.

Well, I miss The US, Canada and British Columbia! You bastard :P.
The water there is a lot chillier at least, even in the lakes :) .
Thanks all.

Selection 0 looks like a failed attempt to be artistic. :P

What do you mean "Try" :P. I Fail at being artistic naturally ;). (That, and it is visually interesting, admit it ;)).

I already deleted the alternate takes of shot 6, but here's a different shot entirely of that. (And a slightly different (More artistic, but too overblown in my opinion) one of 11).
