Well, I just went today.
The exhibit is very extensive - it covers a lot about Darwin himself, right down to a reproduction of the study in which he wrote the Origin of Species.
There's also a colossal amount of specimens, letters, and other visuals. Probably the most powerful was a reproduction of a tree diagram drawn by Darwin, a very basic version of the evolutionary history diagrams we take for granted today, with the words "I think" above it.
One touch I particularly liked was a placard stating that the theory of natural selection is the only scientific explanation for the diversity of life on Earth, and that spiritual/philosophical objections do not undermine it's scientific validity.
I'd definitely recommend it to anyone in or within striking distance of Toronto.
