Win 2K: changing the language

Simple question, but the internet isn't helping: if I have a copy of Win 2K in one language - say, English - is there a way to change the menus and dialogues to another language - say, Dutch? I've found references to something called a MUI, but it's not available commercially it seems.

There's an add-on called the Multilanguage Version that lets you select different language UIs on a per-user basis.

Look for Windows 2000 MUI. It's usually only given to large organizations as far as I know, so bittorrent may be your only way.
