Right, so I bought a USB casing to get things off of my old computer's HDD.
Unfortunately, I'd marked the folders as private on that computer. I'm hitting a brick wall as my google-fu is apparently quite weak.
Does anyone know how to bypass it? It looked like it would work if I created a profile with the same name, but that just lets me into the now external HDD's "Documents & Settings" folder for that account and no further...
It wouldn't be an issue if I had an older shell that still worked, I could just plug the thing into it as the master and log in, but that's not an option...
