OK, I have a video file where the audio is a second or two out of sync with the video. Does anyone know of any quick fixes or do I have to run it through a video program and manually bump the audio track?
Perhaps a program that delays the video for a second while the audio catches up?

I have similar problems with a bunch of Seinfeld eps, I don't think there is a way to do that.
