Who is your favorite non-simpsons family charector? There are a lot of bit-players and funny as hell passers-by in the show. For me it's a tie between Nelson Muntz and Groundskeeper Willie. what about you?

He's my favorite side character with Ralph coming in a close second.
Ralph-"Why won't people be my friend" Ralph stands there as a wet spot emerges on his pants and quickly grows biggers as Ralph pisses himself. And the look on his face looks like this
