When I have multiple tabs open, sometimes they spontaneosly decide to open in a new window. I don't know what causes this, but it is really annoying, so I want to make it stop.
Does anybody know how?

The dragging tabs off the bar is what I think I'm doing. It doesn't seem to happen when I turn my touch pad of and am usiing a mouse. Thanks.

You can disable the tab tearing completely by installing bug489729, which despite the name is obviously a bugfix.

Or Tab Mix Plus and set it to single window mode. This is definitely my preferred method.
