THis is fucking disgusting. That guy should be chained naked to a wall and fed nothing but snow infused with the minimal amount of nutrients required to survive. This is without mention the children who are paraded past all day every day instructed to hurl snowballs at him. All day, every day, until he fucking dies.

Guns are no longer as easy as it once was to get a gun in Pennsylvania, requirements for a concealed carry permit have been upped considerably as well. However it's also extremely easy to get them illegally in the city.
