Can someone get a copy of a scholarly article for me?

I needed a copy of that article that was published in an academic journal, but the only way I could have gotten it is to go down to my college's library. So I asked this site and since Dave is on a university campus already he was nice enough to grab a copy and email it to me.

Everyone has access to it, you just have to be at a school or library.

Here is the TOS from the site Dave used:

I'm a member of a subscribing institution, but I don't have a login to that site.
