VonNeumann machines and Turing Capable AI in various verses
so what would the result of interaction of various franchises with say self replicating machines, or purhaps AIs or androids that can lie, and you could mistake for human?

Replicators. Berserkers. Not sure about other 'verses. I don't really think the Inhibitors or Reapers count.
A scientist once gave a public lecture on astronomy. He described how the Earth orbits around the sun and how the sun, in turn, orbits around the centre of a vast collection of stars called our galaxy.
