The U.S. Secret Service is supposed to use a rifle called The JAR, JAR standing for 'Just Another Rifle'. I've been trying to find out something about them for a while now, but with little luck.
Could someone here help? Some info on the rifle would be nice.
I've heard that The JAR is actualy a heavily modified Remington M700, chambering 7mm Remington magnum rounds, but that is about all I've know of them (and I'm not even sure that that is accurate).

The Secret Service uses custom rifles, though using many stock parts. I doubt all that much information is out there.
