Reading a very interesting and good book

I got a 1978 version at my library book store for $1.00, and it is
excellent, especially how it details how the Egyptians slowly rebuilt
after 1967 and professionalized their officer corps as much as possible,
and how they devised methods to cross the Suez Canal rapidly, in
the space of 2-3 hours, rather than the 12+ hours the Israeli High
Command thought they would need.
