IIRC the legal problems associated with distributing Wolfenstine in Germany are due to the fact that German anti-hate laws forbid the general display of Nazi symbols. Thats wrong. There are very few things that are banned in Germany. Games and media can normally just get put on an index by the BpJs (don´t ask), which means that they can´t be sold or advertised to minors. They are still perfectly legal for adults. Actually, two weeks after the school shooting in Erfurt (it was planned for that date before) there was a hearing on indexing counterstrike which was used a lot by the shooter and it was not indexed.And in Germany, where video games can't even have red , a school occured. So, what does the government do? They plan to ban certain games altogether!
