Suddenly I got an urge to register and say hello and smack the people. Perhaps I will. Or at least post my oppinion what I think of the show they call Enterprise and why the ratings are falling.

Dont bother signing up. They have a strict "No Criticizing" policy. You can post anything negative about the man or his work. The site is mainly for fan-whores, and trek-sheep to praise Braga.

The revolution is successful, but survival depends on drastic measures. Your continued existence represents a threat to the well-being of society. Your lives means slow death to the more valued members of the colony. Therefore I have no alternative but to sentence you to death. Your execution is so ordered.

That's fucking stupid. If Braga can't stand some criticism, then he is one thin skinned SOB.

Imagine how hard it is to write a great prequel when they have all those other annoying established Star Trek stories getting in the way of their creativity. But I have to hand it to them! They don't let those other Star Trek stories hold them back at all!
<you know, I swear I had a line written here commending the writers for treating Enterprise as a new story, writing as if the other iterations of the series don't exist - and apparently the administrator deleted it, leaving a space. It's fairly important to the point I was making, about writers being passionate enough to stick to their vision of what a story should be. George Lucas, for example, wrote StarWars for himself, and didn't think fans would like it. His recent comments still reflect that sentiment!>
Committment and passion for a singular vision are rare to find in a writer. That Ferengi episode was hilarious! And the cloaked Romulans were cool! And the whole thing with everyone acting as if there is a Prime Directive - I heard a lot of people saying it was boring, but why ever show people struggling to find the right answer? At this point, Earth is well past struggling with questions like that - just exactly like in Voyager - a great show!

Their was an attempt for a forum invasion after "Endshame" aired. A group from the TrekBBS tried it. Needless to say, they didnt get very far, all the negative comments and reviews were removed. That was years ago, I dont know if there policy has changed since then, but I doubt it.
Fuck me, that collage on the home page looks like it should have a candle burning in front of it. On the bright side, maybe the Enterprise fans will drink poison kool-aid when the show gets cancelled.
